Lecture/demonstration (on clavisimbalum) about Codex Perugia: a late 15th century manuscript found in 2007, consisting of 12 loose unordered folios, most of them with two staffed music written for a keyboard instrument. They will propose a structure for the source, and analyze the peculiarities of its notation

Lecture: Vocal vs. Keyboard Improvisation in the 15th century. Niels aims to demonstrate different types of vocal extemporized polyphony. Workshop: Catalina & disciple Jos will work on French repertoire of the Codex Faenza, starting on the gothic organ, and maybe trying other instruments

Lecture about his instruments (organetti, gothic organ): iconography, basic ideas, buttons vs piano keys, bag bellows vs folded bellows, dimension, sound etc. Catalina will demonstrate the instruments

Cristina will present the clavicytherium, & play organetto & clavicytherium, with and without the Le Souvenir (Ryosuke Sakamoto, lute)
