century manuscript found in 2007, consisting of 12 loose unordered folios, most
of them with two staffed music written for a keyboard instrument. They will
propose a structure for the source, and analyze the peculiarities of its
notation

"breathless" instruments. With an example of a chanson transcription

Codex Faenza, Lochamer Liederbuch and Buxheimer Orgelbuch

Lecture: Vocal vs. Keyboard
Improvisation in the 15th century. Niels aims to demonstrate different types of
vocal extemporized polyphony. He will attempt a comparison between the nature
of vocal (“multiplayer”) improvisation vs. (“single player”) keyboard
improvisation as described in Conrad Paumanns Fundamenta

the gothic organ, and maybe trying other instruments

bellows vs folded bellows, dimension, sound etc. Catalina will demonstrate the
